St. Patrick's Day

Elmwood Park Zoo
The boys went to the zoo on my work day! Nolan said he loved the otters and told me all about how they played in the water. They also loved the playground.
Please Touch Museum
We went with Jen and Taylor to the Please Touch Museum and the kids had a blast.
Bryce crawled around the whole place checking everything out. He doesn't even wait for me to follow, he just goes!
Bryce loved the water section because he is a true water baby.
Nolan loved climbing in the tunnels and the grocery store.
a little temper
Bryce is a pretty mellow go with the flow kind of kid. But watch out because he gets MAD.
He did not want this hat on, he yelled and yelled at me and then managed to wrestle it off his head.
jumping beans
Bryce is a jumping machine. He gets on the trampoline and has the time of his life. He crawls, stands up, bounces a little and laughs a lot.
He thinks it is funny when the boys run around and doesn't mind being knocked over.

9 month check up
At Bryce's 9 month check up he was 22 pounds 10 ounces and 29 and 3/4 inches long. He is in the 75% for weight and the 90% for height!
crawling in tunnels
We went to the McDonald's play land and the boys had a blast.
I climbed up to the top (with Bryce in tow) to give Michael a lift and when
I set Bryce down he was gone in a flash. He crawled down the tunnel and didn't even look back!

hanging things
Bryce is fascinated by things that hang from the ceiling. He loves the airplane in his room, the wind chimes on our front porch and the light switch on the fan. When we get close to one of these he kicks his feet excitedly to let me know that he wants to get closer!

favorite spot
Bryce loves to crawl to the steps and play. He giggles while he crawls down the hallway and thinks it is hysterical when we go to get him.
He also loves to take his basting brush with him and wave it around in the air.

mmmm spaghetti
Bryce loves spaghetti. Love is actually an understatement. He flips for spaghetti! When we are eating, he screams between bites because the food is not getting to him fast enough. He slurps in the noodles and is in heaven!
clean team
Bryce is starting to take after Nolan. He has found out about the exciting adventures of vacuuming. He insists of having a turn!
mr funny
Bryce has a funny silly personality. He loves to giggle and laugh for most of the day.
He has a new funny game he plays. He likes to have cups put on his head and let them fall. When he is waiting for the cup to fall he closes his eyes in anticipation and smiles!
snow snow snow
wow, all this snow has been fun. We could finally make a snowman! Nolan loved it. I was surprised because the snow was so deep. I thought he would want me to carry him but instead he just wanted to hold hands.
He had his tongue stuck out the whole time trying to catch snowflakes.
problem solving
Bryce figured out how to get into the toy box all by himself.
Everyday he is figuring out new things. It is amazing to see how smart he is
stand up and plop
Bryce figured out how to stand up without holding on. He thinks this is the greatest move ever and laughs and laughs and laughs.
He also took his first steps with a walker he got from Grandmom for Christmas. It won't be long and he'll be walking.
